How do I track my order?
You will be provided with a shipping USPS Tracking Number via email once your order has been shipped. We're more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you ,may have.
How can I contact your couriers?
Your tracking number will have a link to the shipping courier.
What are your delivery options?
For Hatching Eggs:
Your product will be mailed by Priority 2-3 day USPS shipping. Our eggs are shipped by Wednesday's. We breed for quality, not quantity so supplies may be limited, Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.
All other items will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
